Auction Preview & In-Person Bidding

The auction preview is open the week prior to the auction date. The preview is your opportunity to thoroughly examine the furniture, art and collectibles you are interested in pursuing at auction. On the day of the auction, check-in with our staff and you’ll be assigned a bidder number that you can use to bid on items offered by the auctioneer. Online Bidding

Can’t make it to the auction, but still want the thrill of bidding live? Our auctions are available on the Live Auctioneers platform which may be accessed through your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.Please see the video below for a step-by-step video on how to bid on a desktop or mobile.

Absentee & Phone Bidding

You can request an absentee & phone bid form by clicking the button below. You can submit the completed form via email to [email protected] or fax it to 740.363.0164 at your convenience.

Absentee & Phone Bids must be placed with a minimum of 24 hours prior to sale.

We will ask for your basic contact information, the sale title and date, a verified payment method, and the lot numbers and titles of the lots you would like to bid on. Check “Phone Bid” or “Absentee Bid”on the form; if you prefer to leave absentee include the bid amounts you wish us to execute. If you would like to phone bid, please provide the phone number you would like us to call during the auction. You may also offer a back-up bid amount should circumstances prevent you from answering when our reps call on auction day. This bid order would only be utilized in an emergency.

Post Auction

Online invoices are sent with 4-hours post auction via LiveAuctioneers. Absentee and Phone Bidding invoices are sent directly from our auction house within 48 hours of the sale. Payments are acceptedby cash, check (10 days to clear), credit card, or bank transfer. International bidders may be requiredto pay by wire transfer. Payments must be received before we will release items for pick up or shipping.

Clients are invited to pick-up purchased items at our auction location during regular business hours or have items shipped by our recommended shippers / freight companies or a company of your choosing. We are happy to offer in-house domestic shipping for items valued under $5000 that willfit in a USPS Flat Rate Box.
