French Gothic Revival Period Buffet

19th century French Gothic Revival Period buffet.  Oak construction with extensive hand carved Gothic elements, features a hooded crown with spires, Gothic arches and shaped support brackets over a tall back with four carved panels of arches, foliate finials, roundels and Gothic tracery all on a base with molded top over two carved doors with Fleur-de-Lis shield designs, iron strap hinges and figural latches flanked by tall figural posts over an openwork frieze and lower shelf with carved linen-fold back panels on a molded plinth base.  Original finish with minor wear,  51 x 17 x 92 ½” high overall.  Price $4,850
